for Called To Activate

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Called To Activate, operated by a limited liability company registered in the State of North Dakota.
By enrolling in or participating in Called To Activate, you agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of Services
Called To Activate provides coaching, education, accountability, and mentorship services only.
Participation does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice. No income, earnings, or business results are promised or guaranteed.
Any examples, discussions, or references to outcomes are illustrative only. Your results depend on factors including effort, experience, consistency, and implementation.
2. Eligibility
Participation is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
3. Coaching Relationship
Your participation establishes a coaching relationship, not a professional services relationship. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
4. Program Structure
Called To Activate includes live coaching calls, accountability support, and limited digital resources.
Calls may be rescheduled or modified as needed. Access to services is provided while your membership remains active with no lapsed payment.
5. Recordings and Replays
Live calls may be recorded. By attending live sessions, you consent to being recorded.
Replays are provided to active members unless technical issues prevent recording or access. Availability of replays is not guaranteed.
6. Payment, Commitment, and Cancellation
Called To Activate requires a 3 month commitment. All payments are non-refundable.
After the initial commitment, membership continues on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled at any time.
If you cancel and later request to rejoin, enrollment is subject to availability and current pricing.
7. Termination of Participation
Called To Activate reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, violates confidentiality, or undermines the integrity of the group.
8. Confidentiality
Participation requires maintaining confidentiality of group discussions and member information.
You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any content or personal information shared within the group.
9. Technical Limitations
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to calls, recordings, or digital materials. Technical issues may occur.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota.
