Is this a program or a course?

How long is the commitment?
There is a 3 month commitment to join.
After the initial 3 months, your membership continues month-to-month. You can cancel at any time after that.
What happens on the weekly calls?
Calls are run hot seat style.
Everyone gets a turn to bring their current stuck point, question, or decision they are working through. Coaching is specific, practical, and focused on what will help you move forward next.
How long are the calls?
Calls are designed to give everyone meaningful support and typically run long enough to ensure each member receives hot-seat coaching on their biggest challenge that week. Call length may vary depending on group size and needs.
What if I cannot make a live call?
You are still fully supported.
If you cannot attend live, you will submit an accountability form with your big, burning stuck question. Mindy and Kara will address your question on the live call, and the replay will be uploaded to the portal for you to watch on your time.
Are replays available?
Yes.
All calls are replayed and added to the portal unless technical difficulties prevent a replay from being downloaded.
